Portulaca, Alexanders, grass peas, and so on: the speech will review seeds and eating routines of Mediterranean peoples, nowadays fallen into disuse, to analyse their characteristics and features,in the awareness that what has been abandoned can be recovered and renewed, to privilege local speciality and tradition.
